Match Regulation (any changes will be updated soon)



The match will be played on FRIDAY and SATURDAY morning. The first match will start at 7.30 am. The second match will start at 9.00 am. The team that are late for their match or consists of fewer than eight players during the match are forced to forfeit and lose the game by 2-0. IF A TEAM WANTS TO POSTPONE OR CHANGE THEIR FIXTURE, THEY SHALL NOTIFY THE FIXTURE & VENUE COMMITTEE (Muiz) A WEEK BEFORE THEIR MATCH.
            CONDITION FOR POSTPONING OR CHANGING THE FIXTURE
1) When it only has a total team player does not exceed 14 people that are available for the match.

1) The Number of Players.
            A match is played by two teams, each consisting of not more than eleven
players, one of whom is the goalkeeper. A match may not start if either team
consists of fewer than eight players. Each team can use all of their substitutes.
            SUBSTITUTION PROCEDURE.
    1) The referee must be informed before any proposed substitution is made.
    2) The substitute only enters the field of play after the player being replaced has left   and after receiving a signal from the referee.
    3) The substitute only enters the field of play at the halfway line and during a stoppage in the match.

2) The Players' Equipment
            The two teams must wear colours that distinguish them from each other and also the referee and the assistant referees.
            Each goalkeeper must wear colour that distinguish him from the other players, the referee and also the assistant referees
            Every outfield players MUST WEAR SHOES

3) The Referee
            Each match is controlled by a referee and helped by two assistant referees (one on each side of the pitch).
            The decisions of the referee regarding facts connected with play, including
whether or not a goal is scored and the result of the match, are final.
The referee may only change a decision on realizing that it is incorrect or, at his discretion, on the advice of an assistant referee, provided hat he has not restarted play or terminated the match.

4) The Duration of the Match
            The match lasts two equal periods of 30 minutes, separated by a 10 minutes break.
            * The allowance for time lost is at the discretion of the referee.

5) Fouls & Misconduct
            The yellow card is used to communicate that a player, substitute or substituted
player has been cautioned. The red card is used to communicate that a player, substitute or substituted player has been sent off.
            If a player receives two yellow cards, he will be ban for the next match. The rule also applied to a player who receives straight red card.
